Our major cabinet supplier for the last 30 or so years has been Cabinetry by Karman.  Their factory is in Salt Lake City and, although it is very large, they make each cabinet to order. Factory direct means cost savings for you. They produce a good quality but affordable line of cabinets with a very wide selection of styles, woods and finishes. We also offer Kemper Distinctive Cabinetry and Jenson Vanities.
